Where is Bondi Junction?

Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction - they are the same right?

Well, in fact, no they are not. Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction are actually different suburbs that sit side by side.

So where is Bondi Junction? Bondi Junction is up the hill from Bondi Beach which you will be familiar with in all the most famous beach shots. It is about 15 minutes walk to the beach itself (downhill) or about 7-15 minutes on a bus depending on how busy it is.

But just because Bondi Junction doesn't have a beach it doesn't mean you shouldn't check it out. Bondi Junction is a shopping and transport hub and an increasingly popular spot to live. 

Your first stop at Bondi Junction should be the Westfield Shopping Centre. With hundreds of shops including a top end fashion, a cinema, supermarkets, gyms, doctors, dentists and anything else you're likely to be able to think of this is a real go to.
