Bondi’s Muscle Beach

Sydney's own version of Muscle Beach finds its home at Bondi Beach’s outdoor gym located next to North Bondi Lifesaving Club at the northern end of the beach. By day you will find dedicated gym junkies work tirelessly on sculpting their biceps to formidable proportions alongside acro yoga enthusiasts supporting each other, showcasing their balance and flexibility, while adorable dogs add a touch of irresistible charm to the scene.

For those who prefer a more low-key approach to their workouts, fear not. Set your alarm early and arrive at the park to find a different ambiance. Instead of flamboyant peacocks, you'll encounter groups of personal trainers leading dedicated fitness sessions. This more tranquil time allows you to focus on your routine without the hustle and bustle of crowds.

Use of the outdoor gym is free and don’t be intimated by the hulks using the equipment. It is there for everyone so treat access to it as such.
